- Signal to the prosecutor's office about an official at Burgas Municipality. As a Burgas municipal councillor, Koychev filed a signal with the prosecutor's office alleging a possible offence by an official in the municipal administration. The signal concerned the deputy mayor's report on a multi-storey car park in the Vazrazhdane housing estate.
