Corruption and scandals
- The road. In an opinion column in Sega on the PP and DB candidacies in Burgas, Diyan Bozhidarov writes that three months before landing at Rosenets with Hristo Ivanov, Naydenov, as a municipal councillor, supported a proposal by Mayor Dimitar Nikolov "by which a municipal road became private from the property of Ahmed Dogan's palace". According to the column, Naydenov later said: "Sorry, I was wrong, I was misled, I am inexperienced" (our translation). — Sega, 08.08.2023
- The venue. In November 2020 DB municipal councillor Naydenov called for a curfew for Burgas venues at 23:30. Flagman.bg wrote that he owns a karaoke bar and is the landlord of another night club in Burgas; he himself said he closed his venue on 22 October, the day of the health minister's order. — Flagman.bg, 10.11.2020
Other
- His parents. In a 2020 interview he said about his parents' emigration to England: "My father left Burgas when he was 49 to look for a new life, and of course my mother followed him" (our translation). — Gramofona, 23.10.2020
