- Member of the Dossier Commission. The state Administrative Register lists him as a member of the Dossier Commission, with an entry date of 03.06.2025. The government is abolishing the Commission and moving its functions to Държавна агенция Архиви (the State Agency Archives). According to ruse.news of 8 October 2026, a bill published for public consultation would end the members' powers. - Put forward by ITN for the Commission; criticised over his closeness to Slavi Trifonov. The site desebg.com runs the Държавна сигурност.com project, is critical of the Commission's governing majority and has a stake in who sits on it. It writes that in the second procedure ИТН (ITN) was proposing „личният дългогодишен бодигард на Трифонов – Емил Трифонов“ (the long-time personal bodyguard of Trifonov – Emil Trifonov; our translation). Konkurent.bg reports that he was elected for ИТН (ITN) in 12 МИР Montana in October 2024 and sat as an MP from 11 November 2024 to 13 March 2025, when the ЦИК (Central Election Commission) ended his mandate following a Constitutional Court ruling.
