Corruption and scandals

• Her father – operator of a restaurant where violations were found. Klub Z reports that in August 2023 a special police operation was carried out jointly with the National Revenue Agency and the Food Safety Agency at the restaurant Caribi in the Albena resort complex. The venue is run by Bilgin Yunus, the MP's father. Cash register receipts were reportedly not being issued, and other violations were found on the spot. The information comes from the civil association BOEC, which is in sharp political conflict with Delyan Peevski and the DPS–Novo Nachalo parliamentary group. • A police officer who took part in the inspection was sanctioned. PP-DB MP Boyko Rashkov and Georgi Georgiev spoke about Petar Rusev, a police officer from the Dobrich police, who they say was sanctioned by his superiors and by the minister. In 2023 Rusev was reportedly included in a team inspecting the restaurant Caribi in Albena, owned by her father, for tax evasion. PP-DB, in opposition to DPS–Novo Nachalo, submitted a request for a temporary inquiry committee on a police umbrella, but the parliamentary majority blocked it. — Klub Z, 20.11.2025
• A blue notebook bearing the National Assembly's name. The civil association BOEC claims, in its video series ДПСнаркотициГЕЙТ, that during the same on-site inspection a blue notebook with a stylised image of the Parliament building and the inscription National Assembly of the Republic of Bulgaria was seized with an official protocol. Handwritten dates and sums in thousands of levs were entered inside, which the team judged to be a black-ledger record. Klub Z relays these claims. The inspecting authorities added the notebook as material evidence. — Klub Z, 19.11.2025
• The police officer who led the inspection was dismissed. The civil association BOEC alleges that the only known result of the operation is that Kalin Stoyanov, several months later, dismissed police officer Ivaylo Ivanov, who had led the Interior Ministry team during the operation at her father's venue. The association is in conflict with Stoyanov, a former interior minister and DPS–Novo Nachalo MP. He rejects the accusations and has announced defamation suits against the BOEC chairman. — Klub Z, 19.11.2025
• According to BOEC – niece of the DPS–Novo Nachalo regional coordinator. In public disclosures against the party's senior figures, BOEC says that the close circle of people linked to other cases and pretrial proceedings includes Krasimir Manolov, director of the Dobrich regional Interior Ministry directorate, Dr Erdinch Hadzhiev, regional coordinator for Dobrich, and his niece Erten Anisova. The association describes her as one of Delyan Peevski's closest associates. The National Assembly rejected the PP-DB proposal for a hearing of Interior Minister Daniel Mitov, with 96 votes in favour, 79 against and 42 abstentions. — Klub Z, 19.11.2025
