Corruption and scandals
- Leaves the ITN group alleging procurement influence. On bTV's 120 minuti, as quoted by 24 chasa, he says: "На среща на партията попитах: Кой е ИТН, казаха ми: никой от нас, ИТН е Слави Трифонов" (our translation: "At a party meeting I asked who ITN is; they told me: none of us, ITN is Slavi Trifonov").
