According to Sega, the new special manager of Lukoil in Bulgaria, Evgeni Simeonov (replacing Rumen Spetsov; until now chair of the State Agency for Metrological and Technical Supervision), is the son of Gen. Simeon Simeonov, former Chief of Defence until 2014 and DPS MP from 2017.
