- General director of ДФ Мизия, mandate ended. By Decision No. 2 of 26 February 1992 the Constitutional Court ended his mandate as an MP early because of incompatibility with the post of general director of ДФ Мизия in Pleven. The request came from 49 MPs of the 36th National Assembly. The decision shows he had held the post since 10 October 1986 and was still performing it, had not taken the oath and had not received an MP's pay. On 13 November 1991 he asked to be released from his duties as an MP in order to keep the post, but on 8 January 1992 the National Assembly rejected his request. In his reply to the court he said he wished his mandate to be ended. The decision is final. — Constitutional Court, 26.02.1992
