During the debate on a no-confidence motion tabled by МЕЧ, he played recordings that Марица calls compromising material linked to Слави Трифонов and Тошко Йорданов, and the paper headlines the episode Запис гейт. It describes him as "the МЕЧ MP Кирил Веселински, who became known for liking to play clips from the parliamentary rostrum" (our translation).
