- The Constitutional Court declared his election unlawful. In a decision of 13.03.2025 the Constitutional Court declared unlawful the election of several MPs, among them: "Метин Ялзер Качан, elected as a member of parliament in the Twenty-seventh electoral district – Stara Zagora, from the coalition ДПС-Ново начало" (our translation). He thus left the 51st National Assembly after about four and a half months. The Central Election Commission (CIK) recalculated the results, Величие entered parliament, and his seat went to another MP of the same coalition, reported as Сейфи Мехмедали.
