- The cadastre agency. Former minister and GERB MP Nikolay Nankov claims that in 2024, when construction at "Baba Alino" was "in full swing" (our translation), the executive director of the Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre Agency was "a colleague – currently an MP from Progressive Bulgaria" (our translation). Nankov does not name him; Club Z identifies him as Terziyski: "According to our check, Momchil Terziyski was head of the cadastre for a short time – between April and September 2024" (our translation). According to the outlet, he was appointed under the first caretaker cabinet of Dimitar Glavchev, a former GERB speaker of parliament. Nankov is from GERB and his statement is aimed at Progressive Bulgaria. Terziyski declined to comment to Club Z, and the PB press office said it would not react for now. — Club Z, 19.06.2026
