- Charge over forest swaps. Novinite.com reports that prosecutors charged Nihat Kabil with abuse of power because, in the Three-Way Coalition government, he approved two illegal forest swaps; according to the outlet they deprived the state of nearly BGN 116 million. He was released on BGN 50,000 bail and claims innocence.
