- His election as an MP was declared unlawful. On 13.03.2025 the Constitutional Court declared unlawful the election of 16 MPs after a recount of votes, among them Теменужка Петкова. Mediapool writes: "Her replacement Никола Тошков Джамбазов must leave parliament" (our translation). The court instructed the Central Election Commission (ЦИК) to redraw the composition of the 51st National Assembly, which Величие enters.
