- Listed in the friendship group with Russia. Club Z reports that in the 51st National Assembly he was listed in it together with Branimir Balachev, on a form submitted at the start of the term. After media interest their names disappeared from the list on the parliament's website. The GERB group secretary, Hristo Gadzhev, first said: „The GERB parliamentary group was not part of the friendship group with Russia“ (our translation). He then said the two had applied but decided to end their participation, and added that perhaps people had got confused.
