- The expulsion. Mediapool writes that in November 2024, during the split in the DPS, after the Delyan Peevski camp announced the expulsion of Ilhan Kyuchyuk, Ahmed Dogan's supporters responded by expelling the mayor of Kardzhali, Erol Myumyun, and others; Seyfi Mehmedali is named among those expelled.
