- Signature on a new Varna municipality tender. Three days after the arrest of Blagomir Kotsev she signed, as deputy mayor, the order opening a procedure for a three-year framework agreement for the preparation and delivery of food, bTV News reports. The bidders are two firms: Zalivna – 47 of Plamenka Dimitrova, on whose complaint the mayor is charged, and Korekt Grup Ketaring OOD of businessman Ivaylo Marinov.
