- Pre-trial proceeding over municipal electricity theft at a restaurant that Iskra.bg links to him. Iskra.bg reports that, after an inspection on 12 Aug 2025, a pre-trial proceeding was opened over alleged theft of municipal electricity by the Porto Elea restaurant in Sozopol. The information comes from Bardukov, a political opponent of Guberov. According to the outlet the restaurant is his, but this was established only by an internet search and is confirmed neither by a company register nor by him.
