• КПКОНПИ hides the check of his property despite a court ruling. According to Сега, as cited by Radio Free Europe: after he refused to file a declaration and was fined, the outlet asked the commission about the declaration, the fine and the result of the check. The commission did not provide the information. The outlet sued under the Access to Public Information Act and won at the Administrative Court in Sofia, which held that the requested information is public. • Twice failed to file a property declaration. As chair of a party that receives a state subsidy and as a former MP he is obliged to declare his property and interests, but for the second time he did not do so. He took the oath as an MP in mid-April 2021 but never went to parliament. He told Radio Free Europe: "everything I have is lawful. I have been fined for not filing a declaration." (our translation) He also said he had been checked "three times this year" (our translation). • Седем-осми АД bought land from Делта хил. After MPs who had left ИТН spoke of the influence of the so-called Делта хил circle, Actualno checked the Property Register. In March 2014 the firm Делта хил of Станислав Любомиров sold Седем-осми АД a plot of 7 parcels with a registered material interest of 416,040 leva. According to the outlet, Trifonov represents the company and is its actual owner. Two years and four months later the parcels passed to Портос С 2016, until then owned by Седем-осми, whose successor became Инмат, solely owned by Любомиров. Любомиров also owns the construction firm ДЛВ, which according to an audit by the National Audit Office is among the three outside subcontractors of Автомагистрали ЕАД with the largest contracts: 11 worth a total of 61.2 million leva. — Actualno.com, 15.06.2022
• First property declaration, filed in May 2023. For the first time since entering politics he filed a declaration with КПКОНПИ, for 2022 only. Radio Free Europe writes that it lists over 1,120,000 leva of income from salary, copyright and related rights and dividends, over 9 million leva in banks, 9,096,967 leva in Седем-осми АД, where he is executive director, and a house with a yard in Sofia worth 1,317,600 leva, acquired in 2022. — Radio Free Europe, 15.08.2023
