Corruption and scandals
- Radostin Vasilev's accusation of document fraud. On 12 November 2025 the MECh leader Radostin Vasilev, a sharp political opponent of Velichie, played a recording from the parliamentary rostrum whose authenticity, BNT reports, was unconfirmed. In his words, it captures Bobcheva saying she would imitate the signature of her party colleague Maria Ilieva on a document, in his version a declaration to the CIK for the candidate lists of 24 September 2024. He claims the recording incriminates her in document fraud and called on the prosecution and the election commission to act, adding that the prosecutor's office was silent. The sources contain no response from her. The Presiding Council of parliament referred Ilieva's legitimacy to the CIK.
