- Continue the Change announced he was no longer part of the party; he says he left himself. On 1 May 2024 Continue the Change announced that the MP from Silistra was no longer part of the party and that any commitments he might undertake on PP's behalf would not be legitimate; by decision of its Executive Council the party is represented in the town by Bogomil Petkov. Club Z notes that it is not clear why he was removed. He told BTA that he had filed his own application to leave because the PP leadership supports a 43-turbine wind farm there, which he opposes, and that, having met incomprehension, he decided to lead the people against it. — Kvorum Silistra, 1 May 2024, Kvorum Silistra, 6 May 2024, Club Z, 1 May 2024
- Dispute inside Velichie over a petition against the wind farm. According to Za Istinata, in May 2025 Velichie announced that it was replacing him as regional coordinator. The outlet also writes that he organised complaints to the Silistra prosecutor's office and to the Commission for Personal Data Protection against a citizens' petition against a 43-turbine wind farm; the complaints allege that the initiative committee held no meeting and took no valid decision to form a citizens' initiative, and that the signatories' personal data was processed unlawfully by people linked to Velichie structures. On Facebook he claims that the petition was physically stolen and submitted to the municipality by unauthorised persons. The same article says the institutions that received the complaints are expected to rule on them. — Za Istinata (English version), 28 Jan 2026
