• Plastic-waste storage site near Gruevo. As executive director of ГООК БОРЮ ООД he presented an investment intention for a temporary plastic-waste storage site near Gruevo, Momchilgrad municipality. Local residents started a petition against it. His reply: "Спазваме всичко както е по закон, цялата процедура" ("We are following everything as the law requires, the whole procedure" – our translation). • Claim of service in Turkish intelligence and in DANS. Лютви Местан's party ДОСТ, a political rival, alleged that he had worked for Turkish intelligence (МИТ) and for DANS. A check by 24rodopi.com concluded that he was never an employee of either. The outlet writes that he worked in Turkey in a unit guarding markets against illegal street trade in fruit and vegetables. • Claim that property was distrained over debts to the state. 24rodopi.com reports that part of his property, including a car, was distrained over debts to the state and that the National Revenue Agency (НАП) was checking him; the information about the audit came from unofficial sources. The story began with questions from Лютви Местан's party ДОСТ, a political rival in dispute with him over the recruitment of its activists to ITN. Mignews and provaton repeat the claim. • Claim of tax debts of the family's companies. МИГNews alleges that audits of the companies of him and his wife Фахрие found tens of thousands of leva in unpaid taxes and that property was distrained. • Transport company in the name of an unemployed man with tax debts. The blog and aggregator NBOX, which writes in a sharply accusatory tone, republishes a 24rodopi.com report: the transport company Дуйгу Транс ЕООД, which he co-founded with his wife (50% each), ended up in the name of an unemployed man, Реджеб Адемов. The man owes НАП over 134,000 leva and says a cousin tricked him; the account comes from the man himself. According to the article, a woman key to the transfer has left the country. There is no information on any prosecution of the MP, and the sources do not formally link him to fraud. — NBOX, 20.02.2023
• BIRD: his daughter is a business partner of Тошко Йорданов's son. BIRD (bird.bg) reports that his daughter Дуйгу Тюркоглу and Сибил Тошков Хаджитодоров, son of the ITN group chair, are 50/50 partners in a consulting or agency firm registered right after the late-2021 elections. МИГNews, a disputed outlet with a sharp tone, alleges without proof that Сибил's father was the MP's patron in the lists. According to 24smolian.com, Йорданов ceded his Plovdiv-city mandate to him. • Three identities in the records. NBOX writes that he appears in company and court records as Танер Кадир Тюркоглу, Танер Ердинч Дурмуш and Тянко Калинов Насков; the last is described as his name from the revival process. According to 24rodopi.com the difference in names is a personal choice, and according to narod.bg he has presented certificates to the court since 2021 that he is one and the same person. • Claim that he renounced Turkish citizenship. ДОСТ, a rival party, claims through 24rodopi.com that, according to Turkish sources: "Джебелчанинът Танер Кадир Тюркоглу се отказал от турското си гражданство малко преди да му гарантират, че ще стане депутат в България" ("Taner Kadir Tyurkoglu from Dzhebel renounced his Turkish citizenship shortly before he was guaranteed that he would become a deputy in Bulgaria" – our translation). • Bill on building heights around metro stations. In September 2025 he co-submitted, with Венцислав Асенов and Христинка Иванова, an ITN bill allowing taller buildings around Sofia metro stations. According to an analysis on Yurukov's blog, the text contains an exception to the exception for properties on Tsarigradsko shose.
