Russia

  • Against sanctions on Russia. In her words, Bulgarians "do not want sanctions against Russia either, because this will lead to economically irreversible consequences" (our translation). The Vazrazhdane positions she listed on bTV's Лице в лице include stopping aid to Ukraine and removing NATO bases. Cross.bg presents this as part of the party platform. — Cross.bg, 11 May 2024
  • Position on aid to Ukraine. On 24 April 2026 she told BNR's Radio Blagoevgrad: „Имаме други проблеми, които трябва да бъдат приоритет за бъдещия кабинет, а не украинските проблеми“ (our translation: we have other problems that must be the priority of the future cabinet, not Ukraine's problems). She presented the vote on EU financial support for Ukraine as a test for the future government. — Radio Blagoevgrad (BNR), 24 April 2026

Corruption and scandals

  • Allegation of involvement in a money-laundering scheme in Blagoevgrad. An online article by a local outlet that is not independent names her as a participant in an alleged organised group of an MP, a doctor and a judge in Blagoevgrad. According to the text, the group laundered money through hospital bonuses (ДМС), with the infectious-diseases head Dr Elena Lazarova and her husband, Judge Petar Pandev, as the lead figures. The article was republished by the Wall of Shame, run by the political rival Velichie. No charge, prosecution check or official statement was found. — Wall of Shame (Velichie party), 24 January 2025
  • Accusations from a local election rival. A local politician, Стоименов, alleged in a video that "Rangelova worked hard for GERB at the previous elections" (our translation) and that Vazrazhdane was a GERB projection. He is her rival, and his party has not been established. The headline of the toppresa.com article also mentions a requested bribe of 300K, but the text behind it was not read. No charge or investigation was found. — toppresa.com, 1 July 2024
