• His company Ekoplod-BG was transferred to an offshore firm. RegNews.NET writes, citing the commercial register, that the capital of Ekoplod-BG ЕООД was transferred to the Marshall Islands. The new owner is Adler Trading Co, registered in the offshore zone there, with a paid-in sum of BGN 218,000. In theory, he was therefore no longer the company's owner from 26 April 2017. The outlet comments: „Само че, без съмнение той продължава да ръководи бизнеса си и прехвърлянето е фиктивно, дори е допуснал грешка при уреждането на документите.“ (our translation: "Only that, without doubt, he continues to run his business and the transfer is fictitious; he even made a mistake in arranging the documents.") As an MP he is entered as the official proxy of the offshore owner. The article says this contradicts the declaration he signed stating that he holds no management functions in the company. These include two apartments and two garages in Veliko Tarnovo and a house with a yard in Prisovo. He also gave her warehouse premises in Veliko Tarnovo free of charge, as well as an apartment and a garage in Sofia.
