Corruption and scandals
- Dispute with Ivelin Mihaylov over an alleged bribe. According to her, Mihaylov claimed that GERB and DPS had pressured the party's MPs and paid them to back GERB's mandate. She told BNT: "From the second day on there were persistent insinuations that 5 or 6 Velichie MPs had been compromised, bought" (our translation). She would answer only in court, she said, and he himself was behind the plans for such support. On bTV's Tazi Sutrin she denied taking money, showed polygraph results and said she had never joined the party but had been invited into the campaign by Nikolay Markov. — BNT, 06.07.2024, bTV Novinite, 01.08.2024
Other

Filter calls her the engine of the project and writes that her leading role has given rise to rumours in the corridors of parliament that the two parties share the same origin. She had earlier been chief secretary under Slavi Trifonov. — Filter, 29.06.2024
- Her coalition Ima Smisal struck off for the election of 27 October 2024. The Central Election Commission struck it off after a check by the Ministry of Regional Development found fewer than the required 2,500 valid voter signatures, Focus reports. On Facebook she promised that she and her supporters would correct the mistake at an election in spring 2025. — Focus, 14.09.2024
- Removed early as Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly On 5 July 2024, after six MPs had applied to leave the Velichie group, she was removed early as Deputy Speaker of parliament, without debate and without a vote, NOVA reports, citing Dariknews.bg. The day before she had refused to step down: "I will not resign, because I have not heard any reasons" (our translation). — NOVA, 05.07.2024, NOVA, 04.07.2024
